A program for newspaper couriers/paperboys to track their newspaper route records through an easy to use and very intuitive interface. NOTE: The program can be very efficient if you use the RIGHT-CLICK on the mouse over lists and tree items. News Courier includes areas for storing information on:
1.)Delivery Types - costs and prices. These let you have customer`s bills automatically generated.
2.) Price Changes - Store info on any changes in price of a Delivery Type i.e. a price increase. Automatic calculations for a customer`s bill if they owe before that period to after that period.
3.)Holidays - Automatically deducts from all bills for customers of a Delivery Type that wasn`t delivered on some day
4.)Route Info
5.)Customer Info
6.)Payment Info - Various types of payments/actions for a customer`s account.
7.) Auto bill calculation - News Courier also has features to calculate and track how much a customer owes.
8.)Printing - Limited ability to print bills, route lists and customer history
9.)Icon notification - see all Customers status at a glance
News Courier is still under development but is a very useful program. This is a 35-Day trial and has all features enabled. A Registration code to disable the 35-Day demo can be purchased. There`s also long list of other features that will be added to News Courier in time.
You are encouraged to contact Duck Soup Software(through email or website) about anything you need to have added to this program or any idea(no matter how small) for making this program better. You are also encouraged to ask questions about how to do something so Duck Soup Software may deliver you a better product. |
